Professional Coaching Conversation

Step 5: Get Involved

There’s so much more to ICF. We’re passionate about making sure our coaches and the institutions that train them are well equipped to do their jobs.

Beyond that, we support, encourage and invest in the larger coaching industry. To do just that, we’ve developed teams within the larger ICF organization. Meet our growing Family Organizations and learn what else we do!

Social Impact

Coaches strive to make a difference, and the ICF Foundation is here to help. The Foundation is a non-membership body, established as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt education and research-oriented legal entity. It connects and equips professional coaches and organizations to accelerate and amplify impact on social progress through coaching.

The ICF Foundation encourages volunteerism and giving back in meaningful ways. A great way to do this is by donating your skills and services. The ICF Coaches for Good Initiative is a great place to get started.
